rootlabs.ro is operated by SCUMPISOR S.R.L. and offers digital design and engineering services (brand, web design, development) to clients worldwide.
Engagement process: All collaborations begin with a written proposal or contract agreed by both parties via email or signed document. A project is considered confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of the advance payment.
Payment: Payment terms are specified in the individual contract or proposal. Invoices are issued in RON or EUR as agreed. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Romanian law.
Right of withdrawal: Individual consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days of signing, provided the service has not yet commenced. If the service has commenced at your explicit request within the withdrawal period, you waive this right.
Complaints: Any complaints can be submitted in writing to hello@rootlabs.ro. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
Governing law: These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest.
